I am a marine ecologist with a broad range of interests including fish ecology and marine conservation. I am driven by a desire to understand the factors that influence marine community dynamics, and in particular how these are affected by our changing environment.
My research to date has taken me up and down the east coast of Australia, from investigating growth and temperature relationships in temperate fish species, to exploring the distribution and biodiversity value of a unique and threatened soft coral species, to understanding the factors driving coral reef fish community dynamics. - Jacques Cousteau
